We have had such funny weather this year- 2 weeks ago was 106 degrees, then down to the 70's and now around 80 but looks like rain tonight.

I have enjoyed the garden so this year. The 20 hanging baskets of white and pink petunias withe blue and pink lobelia turned out very well, The magenta bee balm, Shasta daisies, blue night saliva, sunset coreopesis, dahlias and white phlox helped fill in the front beds. April rain

Well, I have been busy here on our 5 acres in the Mohawk Valley. I planted - "Becky" daisies-, saliva, and Bee Balm, dahlias,coreopsis, and lots of allysium to go in my bed that already has rhodies, hydrangea's( still small), lavender, dianthus,and a few assorted other shrubs. I want to also plant some white bush phlox, white begonias and get some larkspur going there too. We have a wedding the end of June, and I am hoping to have the beds full and flowery by then. I also have 18 hanging… Continue

"I used to take mine in for the winter and store in the garage.  A couple of years ago, I planted in my beds and left them out all winter.  They did much better.  I'm a Zone 5 in South/Central Indiana - Seymour. "
