"Yes I do like my sunsets here, thank-you. You have a nice stand of red Dianthus. I'm into edible flowers too. How do you keep the bugs out of your Columbine? Any time I ever grew them they got all full of bugs, since you can't eat them I…"
"Keryn Dawn is a name of dish soap. They use it to get oil off of sea creatures when there are oil spills. It is a good grease cutter. The recipe he is talking about uses the original blue colored one & epsom salt."
"And this isn't even a good pic in the evening. Today was a clear day so you can see the snow covered mountain way better. I have to zoom the camera in to get this pic otherwise the mountain doesn't show well in a pic."
Hiya Vicky! Thanks for the post on my page. Hey, that other old houseplant group has a moderator/creator that has been inactive for two years, so I made a new group where we can make sure the moderator is active. It just got approved, so please join and let folks know. It'll be good to have a group with a moderator who is active on Garden-Share still. I just made some of your banana bread by the way, thanks again for the recipe. Happy gardening!
As I said...I must be slow.... I have participated on many forums but I just can't figure out how to navigate here... I will try for a while, but really....I garden 12 acres, have hoyas and a life...don't know if there's time to figure this out....

Hi, thanks for responding. They came up lovely and healthy. They flowered and then the flowers didn't turn into beans. I did everything I thought was correct according to all info. It was my 1st try at beans. The vine continued to grow and flower. I asked if I needed the Rhizobium for success and was told I didn't. So, I will of coarse try again. I tied them in as the vine grew, but by August I had to just tend to the rest and wait for this season.
