Contributing GardenerFreddy J. Hill said… - Greetings, clyde, from a succulent collector in central Oklahoma. Enjoyec your pics. I have been storing 500+ non-hardy succulents each year in my greenhouse. I am now handicapped due to complications from surgery. I cannot operate my greenhouse this year and am having to get rid of hundreds of plants. I have a pencil euphorbia with a 2" trunk that will have to die out on its own. Most of my tall columnar cactus have had the tops cut off for storage and maybe restarting next year. I have been president of the local cactus society for a couple of years. Check my pics, by the album, and my essays; you might enjoy them.
