Sweet mishaps! What is your favorite mishap?

The other day I came home from work with my husband busy in the kitchen canning some of the sweetpotatoes.  He had his books out on the kitchen table to read and give advice on the proper way to can sweet potatoes.  They all said not to smoosh up your sweetpoatoes first but to cut them up and put them in the jars.  He however decided it would be ok if he cooked them first, 2nd peeled them, and third running them thru the food processor and then put them in the jars to can.  He filled the…

gabby, I'm not quite sure what type of flower "passionate purple" is! LOL. I was walking thru downtown marietta, Ga (a wonderful little town just outside of Atlanta0 when i saw these. They are a type of ground cover.

No Gabby, we didn't shake the down. They fell off. We had so many plums this past year. We gave them away. My husband made plum wine. We had so many plums that the limbs broke from the weight. Poor plum tree looks sad now. I have dug up alot of babies from that one tree.
