Planting is about over, except for bulbs noe. I will be putting plants in the ground and covering with lots of mulch and hoping for the best.

Hi Mike-So glad that you liked my irises. Marilyn Monroe is a very special rose. She is extremely thorny. I do not even to close to her without gloves. I can handle almost every other bush but not this one. A friend said that she is "High Maintenance" I somehow agree. She does get some diseases but I take care of that with my sulfur spray. I use a product from Espoma called Earth Tone 3 in 1. This is an organic product.
She takes beautiful photos. She is a very showy girl. What a beautiful rose to be remembered by.

Mike all of my gardens are full sun so I grow roses and irises. I have never seen a hosta in person. I understand that the flowers are very fragrant.
