Hi I live in a town called lilydale in victoria , I've lived most of my life here . I have moved around abit becouse we rent and in the end I lost interest in gardening .

I live on 4 acres and the landlord said we can do what ever we want to, so I started a vegie garden and fixing up the flower gardens and I've got my interest back again , we are here long term so all my effort wont be a waist of time .

Hi trevor , liked your pics lovley , take onion dice, fry ,dice tomatos, zuccini fry all together in olive oil, when you think thats enaugh add a little water or stock simmer for apx 10min season withwhat you like , I use massel beef powder for a lot of my seasoning and it tastes nice, enjoy with meats /fish or other vegies! this is a basic greek recipe I got from a young creek couple when I first arrived in sydney over 30 yrs. ago !
