Monarch - Sept 2014

"Thank you Clare.  This past year was the first year that I've seen more than three Monarch's visiting the garden.  They seemed to favor the Buddleia's, Zinnia's, and Mexican Sunflowers over everything else."

Common Buckeye(Junonia coenia) - Oct 2014

"I agree....they are a beautiful species of butterfly.  I checked Butterflies and Moths of North America (BAMONA) site and they do show it as a species for your area, too, so perhaps this year will be the year?  :)"
