How's Glad's Garden Growing Today? 4/15/11

Went out walking the gardens this morning before going to work.  It smelled wonderful in the early morning sunshine, and every plant was sparkling shiny new.  Made for a lovely start to the day!  After getting home, DH. DD, and I decided to go out to dinner, but I ran out to the arbor gardens to remove weeds before we left.  I also trimmed the dead ends off the climbing rose, and examined my arbor plants.  Looks like two of my baby grape vines made it through the winter and two did not.  However, I will wait before tugging them up, just in case they are slow starters.

Plants that I had thought might be weeds look so pretty today!  I will take pics for you.  Tomorrow is going to be a really lousy day, weather wise here.  Probably won't get to play in the yard at all.  Going to do the workout I skipped yesterday.  Then I'll probably spend some tme in the girl cave cleaning and organizing.

That's it for the day!  Later!  :)

Noelle, my gardens have been awake since February.  I love living in the south! NC is so much nicer to grow in than my native state of VT!
