December 25, 2009 my husband and son moved our Japanese Maple! It was too close to our house and growing! I am keeping my fingers crossed that it will survive! We should know before long!

They did a good job with getting a good "root ball". We have kept it watered and plan to feed it and mulch around it next week. I will miss it being right outside my window but now I know not to plant before I plan! I am excited about having a new flagstone patio where the tree once was. I will use containers for my flowers and maybe a fountain. Always something new!
