I try to be organized but it sometimes seems little gremlins are shuffeling stuff in the garage.  I had to buy a new Florian folding limb saw because my old one has gone missing.  A vinyl shoe organizer is mounted to the wall near the exit door.  It holds most of my garden hand tools: not nearly enough room for everything.  This week I mounted an ornamental rail under the shoe organizer.  It has a heavy plastic backing mounted on the wall behind the rail.  I can now load my pliers, cutters and shears onto the rail, giving them the occasional squirt of WD-40 as needed, with out damaging the wall.  Gloves can be pinned to the rail with wooded clothes pins.  I can now select the pair I need, can check to see which pairs need washed or need disposed of because of holes or stiffness.

Great blog update Freddy!  I may copy you on this sort of organization--it's GREAT.  I always keep WD-40 handy too.  You are a REAL gardener, thanks for this post!
