I was looking for a website to share ideas/photos/frustrations of the garden with others. I love gardening and enjoy having a bbq when the garden is in full bloom. I really like the different stages of gardening in minnesota. For a few years now I have stepped it up and started planting my seeds indoors. I am a low budget gardener but have founds tricks (and have learned a few painful lessons) to make my seed starting a real payoff each year. I seldom buy any annuals except for some of the fillers for my patio planters. This year I vowed to go to the nursery each week and buy one perennial. My front gardens need help; they face west and get the desert heat in the afternoons...
