Since I didn't realize till about December that I'd actually miss planting season due to being nin months pregnant by then or perhaps giving birth already, I started with much gusto to learn about gardening. Since finding out I won't be able to do what I was originally planning, I've sat on the entire project. Things are at a standstill so I can attend to other things (like our new baby!)

I was wondering what to do with the compost I already have. It attracted many bugs when Spring started. I don't know what I'll find if I open the barrels now. I was wondering if I should throw it out and start all over, but then again leaving it to sit and rot is what composting is all about so maybe I'll leave it over the summer months and just try again next Spring. I hate to think what's living in it though...=)
