This morning on the deck in the moonshine the temp was perfect, the breeze was perfect, the coffee was perfect, only thing missing was the smell of the ocean, don't have that in Southern Indiana.   Worked at real job for 6 hours, came home and got down to business on the compost bins.  Been lazy the past couple years and just started throwing things in there, today was the day I started to rectify that.  Brought out the chipper and shoved stuff in and made small stuff out of it.  One bin down 2 more to go but feeling the pain, REALLY feeling it!  Shower wasn't enough... going to have to get a very hot bath and a couple asprin down before bed.  Moral of the story.... take time to do it right the first time.  Good gardening all you gardeners, spring is on!

"Clare, My three year old  Baptista finally bloomed this year but just one stem. Lots of green very little indigo. Any suggestions?"
