I love the various varieties of sun flowers that are on the market. I QUESTION why are the sunflowers that the birds seed in and that grow randomly in the veggie garden do more prolific growing???????????????? At least this has been my experience. would love to get input on this from other garden and flower fanatics:)1303357545_372695ef29_b.jpg

I have used sunflowers as supports for my beans to grow on. It really dresses up a bean patch.
