Once I watched a red tail eat a small bird - took him about a half hour. Afterwards, I went outside and looked around to see if I could see any evidence or sign that he had been there having lunch. There wasn't even a small feather left to give away that he had been there. I did find a teensy tiny bit of flesh on a twig, but not much else. I expected there would be a lot of little feathers, but there wasn't. Very clean eater...
A little short but to the point.
