Early Spring in Bushnell - songs of birds

This is a short video I took on March 22, as the male birds who are some of our first arrivals of spring, where perched in the very top of the canopy of trees, singing & displaying themselves for the potential females they hope to draw the attention of.

Actually we don't have any redwing blackbirds here in town. Mainly other varieties. We are too far from wetlands to call in the red-wing blackbirds. Grackles yeh, but not red-wing blackbirds. Its primarily Grackles, sparrows, finches, robins & mourning doves making up the majority of the symphony

Sounds like the cacaphony of blackbirds...Mostly the red-winged variety. We love when they come, although they tend to hog the birdseed!
