Hi Willis, should I put mulch around my iris and day lilys?

Thank you all.  The Gynosperm beds at the lake are really growing up fast with all the very rich soil I put down there.  Also, putting in a new 81' long 3-5' wide bed where the old dry creek bed was. Letting the soil settle in now and will start planting in the fall and finish it next spring. So next year I should update all the videos with new versions. Happy gardening everyone!

That was just dreamy!  I'm down here on the south coast of Australia starting a completely new garden on 5 acres of land.  I've inherited three huge gum trees and a dam in an otherwise empty sloping paddock.  I had an old weatherboard house (love the colour on yours) brought up 600km on the back of two trucks from Melbourne.  I'm so inspired by the gorgeous pond, screened gazebo, ceiling fans on the porch and, of course, the narration and history of your beautiful creation!  I will stay tuned for more.

Thank you all.  "Friend me" and see all the other 6 videos of the gardens here and a lot of pictures as well, including many of parents gardens and friends as well.

"Speaking of greenhouses my neighbor got a new one and is going to give me his old one. The cover is toast but says I can get a new one for $30 online. It is a 10' x 12' I think. I have been looking at how to build my own and will probably…"
