I currently have 6 different types of organic garlic in my garden that were planted a few weeks back and I agree it is the easiest of veg to grow. I filled one whole bed with it, as we use so much garlic in our cooking and the stuff we buy in supermarkets is imported from China and sprayed before it is allowed in the country!
Yesterday I did a roast leg of lamb with (heaps of) garlic stuffed into slashes along the top, also used rosemary and Lemon Verbena - all from my garden. Wrapped in foil and slow cooked on BBQ for 4 hours. The smell of garlic was just wafting around the neighbourhood!
