Hipppy I meant the markers that I used on the containers or on the steaks came off.  The paint pen is what Im going to have to mark my containers with.

Yes, but I used a paint pen and after 2 years, I can still read it.

Markers would come off when wet, Paint pens do not.

This is a great ideal.  The markers that you put into the containers can and will come out.
