Hi Lila, yes, this was filmed several years ago, during the height of El Nino. We also had a landslide and lost an enire hillside which the County repaired to the tune of $75,000. Usually in the fall we have winds that blow through the canyons at about 75 mph and on many occasion have blown over our large terra cotta planters with old trees. Did you see my video on the Century Plant? It is now beginning to form that awful stalk and it will eventually die. I am going to make a sequel to the video.

loved this video!It's a treat. I'm from S.Cal too. Grew up there. This weather is quite unusual there .Almost hurricane like.
