Love the idea of vertical gardens.  Hoping on making our living fence this year.

Just think how clean our air would be if it was a law that every building had to be done up that way in the big cities!!

This reminds me of the Outdoor Room with Jamie Drury.  He did a vertical garden panel on one of his shows.  He used something called "wooley pockets".  Would like to find a source for them.

"Yes I know the plant well, they love our climate in Australia, a fast grower, will cover an old ugly fence in one season. Loves a good hair cut and then flowers again.It has a dormant period for a couple of months during winter, but stays alive."

"Keryn, This variety of plumbago will not survive zone 5 winters. I bring winter it over in amy attic in a sunny window. It isn't a vine more like a small shrub. I do have another hardier variety. It is a darker blue. Love them both."
